Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #152827
Supervised By Melissa Klass #119163
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.
I’m an Associate MFT therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is integrative and compassionate, rooted in meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re navigating a life transition, processing trauma, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself.
My work extends to LGBTQ+ individuals and men’s issues, and my background in business—from startups to executive roles—gives me unique insight into the pressures high-achieving professionals face. If you’re in a leadership role and looking to reconnect with your emotional world, I can help you find balance between performance and presence.
I believe healing happens through connection—to ourselves, our bodies, each other, and the natural world. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My background & approach
I draw from a wide range of methods including Jungian psychology, Narrative Therapy, ACT, CBT, Gestalt, Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll find the tools that resonate most with you.
I also specialize in psychedelic integration and bring over 13 years of experience in this field, including study with indigenous lineages. If you’re engaging with non-ordinary states of consciousness, I offer grounded, respectful support before and after psychedelic experiences.
